Novacard Eagle is a Visa prepaid card for residents of the United States. It can be used at US merchants accepting Visa-branded cards. It’s recommended to test with low value card before buying a high value prepaid card.

Do you require verification?

No, Novacard respects your privacy and does not require verification. Our prepaid cards are similar to Visa gift cards you can buy with cash at local shop.

How much does card issuance cost?

We charge 7.5% of card value (minimum 5 USD) for card issuance, there is not any additional fee such as monthly fee or transaction fee.

When will I receive card details?

After your payment is confirmed on the blockchain, our system handles the order automatically. In most cases you receive cast details in a few minutes, if you need any assistance about card delivery, don’t hesitate to contact us.

What name and address should I use while making payments?

These cards do not have any linked name and address, you can use your name and shipping address while making payments.

Can I add prepaid card to mobile wallet?

These cards support adding to mobile wallets (Apple Pay & Google Pay), but in some rare cases it may fail due to various factors such as the card provider’s fraud prevention policies and user-specific issues (e.g., VPN use, IP address/location, device settings). Please make sure you try with low value card at first as we are not able to refund if you are unable to add your Visa card to a mobile wallet.

Usage Restrictions:

• Visa prepaid cards expire in 6 months after it’s issued. Make sure you use funds before it expires.
• Novacard Eagle can be used only at US merchants.
• These cards are not 3DS enabled and may face issues with merchants requiring it.
• These cards cannot be used for:
  • Subscription services
  • Loading funds into digital wallet balances (e.g., Revolut, Venmo, Wise)
  • Withdrawing cash from an ATM
• These cards cannot be reloaded or unloaded. Please be aware of that we are reselling prepaid cards and we don’t have a direct influence on card acceptance, hence we may not be able to help about issues related to card acceptance.

Troubleshooting:

• Do not claim more than 2 Visa prepaid cards from the same IP address within 24 hours, if you have issues with redeeming the card please try from another device.
• Turn off adblockers or VPN before redeeming your card on the site to avoid issues.
