This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing refunds for prepaid cards purchased through Novacard. By using our Service and purchasing prepaid cards, You agree to the practices described herein.

Refunds After Delivery

Once You have received a prepaid card, all sales are final. Refunds or exchanges are not available after delivery. If the prepaid card does not function on the intended website, You may use the remaining balance on the card at any other merchant or platform that accepts it. Novacard is not responsible for any limitations or restrictions imposed by third-party websites or vendors.

Order Refunds

Refunds will only be processed if:

  • Novacard fails to deliver the prepaid card after You have placed an order, or
  • You cancel the order prior to the delivery of the prepaid card.

In such cases, refunds will be issued exclusively in USDT (Tether) to the payment method or wallet You used for the purchase. Please allow up to 3 business days for the refund to be processed.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund eligible under Section 2, You must contact Novacard customer support within 7 days of order placement or the expected delivery date. Refund requests made after this period may not be honored. When contacting support, please provide your order number and relevant details for verification.

Limitations and Liability

Novacard does not guarantee that prepaid cards will be accepted on all websites or platforms. The responsibility for verifying card compatibility rests with You before completing a purchase. Novacard disclaims liability for any losses, damages, or inconvenience arising from card use or acceptance issues. Refunds are limited strictly to the conditions outlined in this Refund Policy.

Novacard reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. You are encouraged to review this policy periodically to stay informed of any updates.
