Service Description
Novacard operates as a platform that facilitates the resale of prepaid cards issued by licensed money services businesses under agreements with Visa Inc. and/or Mastercard Inc. Novacard does not itself issue prepaid cards.
Product Information and Purchases
- Product Descriptions: Novacard offers various prepaid card products. Each product is accompanied by specific terms and conditions that users must review before making a purchase.
- Purchase Agreement: When you purchase a prepaid card through Novacard, you agree to the terms and conditions specific to that product.
User Responsibilities
- Prepaid Card Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your prepaid card information and order details.
- Compliance: You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using Novacard. This is including but not limited to local tax requirements. It’s strictly prohibited to use Novacard services for tax evasion.
Payment Processing
Novacard partners with third-party payment providers to process cryptocurrency transactions. These providers conduct Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks on all transactions to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Refunds
- After delivery: Once you have received a prepaid card, refunds are not available. If the card does not function on the intended website, you may use the remaining card elsewhere.
- Cancellation: If Novacard fails to deliver a prepaid card or if you cancel your order before delivery, refunds will be processed in USDT (Tether).
Modifications to Service
Novacard reserves the right to modify or discontinue the service (or any part thereof) at any time, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice. You agree that Novacard shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Novacard, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of Novacard.
