Novacard Atlas is a Mastercard prepaid card that supports payments in 180+ countries. It can be used at millions of merchants that accept Mastercard payment cards. Novacard Atlas works at online checkouts that require 3DS. It’s recommended to test with low value card before buying a high value prepaid card as mobile wallet acceptance varies by country.

How to activate the card?

This card is provided by swype.cards, card activation link will be sent to your email address. Valid cardholder details (name, email, phone and address) must be provided to activate the card. VPN/Proxy must be disabled during card activation otherwise activation will be blocked.

How much does card issuance cost?

We charge 7.5% of card value (minimum 5 USD) for card issuance. Card issuer, swype.cards charge $2.50 monthly maintenance fee and transaction fee ($0.50 / 2.50%) for non-USD payments.

When will I receive card details?

After your payment is confirmed on the blockchain, our system handles the order automatically. In most cases you receive cast details in a few minutes, if you need any assistance about card delivery, don’t hesitate to contact us.

Can I use Novacard Atlas at online merchants in Europe?

Since it supports 3DS, usually it works at European merchants. However, some EU merchants do not allow to use US-based cards for the payment. It may not work at every merchant for this reason.

Can I add prepaid card to mobile wallet?

These cards support adding to mobile wallets (Apple Pay & Google Pay), but in some rare cases it may fail due to various factors such as the card provider’s fraud prevention policies and user-specific issues (e.g., VPN use, IP address/location, device settings). Please make sure you try with low value card at first as we are not able to refund if you are unable to add your Mastercard to a mobile wallet.

Usage Restrictions:

• Card activation link is valid for 60 days, make sure you activate it before it expires.
• Mastercard prepaid cards expire in 3 years after it’s issued.
• If you live in the US, we recommend the Novacard Eagle card instead.
• Novacard Atlas cannot be activated and used at following countries: Afghanistan, Belarus, Crimea, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Russian Federation, Sudan, Syria, Venezuela
• These cards cannot be used for:
  • Subscription services
  • Loading funds into digital wallet balances (e.g., Revolut, Venmo, Wise)
  • Withdrawing cash from an ATM
• These cards cannot be reloaded or unloaded. Please be aware of that we are reselling prepaid cards and we don’t have a direct influence on card acceptance, hence we may not be able to help about issues related to card acceptance.

Troubleshooting:

• Turn off adblockers or VPN before redeeming your card on the site to avoid issues.
